In searching for images of yarn online, I stumbled upon artist Samantha Dylan Mitchell's pen and ink illustrations for The Autobiography of Basil Slugg. Mitchell seems to rejoice in mark making, and the not-so-careful yet tedious line work adds up to an overwhelming amount of character. Love it.
